11) Authorize using the OLD email address and password.
12) You should now be logged directly into your account, with the primary email changed. Note that the NAME on the account will still be the same. You have to click on profile and look at the primary email field to see if the change was successful. If the change was successful, you will see your old data in the account but the primary email field will show the new primary email.
File a support ticket if you have any problems.
