Manymoon users often wind up with multiple Manymoon accounts under different email addresses. A common example is that Joe creates a Manymoon account with his personal email, joe@gmail.com, and creates a bunch of tasks and projects. Joe then decides that he likes Manymoon, and he decides to create another Manymoon account with his work email, joe@acme.com.
Now Joe has two Manymoon accounts and only wants one. He would like to merge the two accounts into one.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge existing Manymoon accounts, and a Manymoon account can only be associated with one email. However, it is still possible to solve this problem.
Solution 1: The account with the desired email (for example, joe@acme.com), DOES NOT have any important data in it.
1. Submit a ticket to Manymoon support requesting that we close the target account (joe@acme.com). Specify the exact account email to be closed.
2. Once you receive confirmation that the account has been closed, log into the other account (joe@gmail.com) and change its primary email to be joe@acme.com.
Solution 2: The account with the desired email (for example, joe@acme.com), DOES have important data in it.
This situation is harder to deal with. The options are:
1. Manually transfer the data from the unwanted account (joe@gmail.com) to the wanted one (joe@acme.com). Then you can submit a ticket and request that we close the unwanted account.
2. Manually transfer the date from the wanted account (joe@acme.com) to the unwanted one (joe@gmail.com). Then perform a primary email change as described in Solution 1 above.

It would be nice to have a migration tool for individuals who have moved to a paid account to be able to migrate the data between the two accounts if two accounts were accidentally set up and there equally important data in both.
Agreed. Too bad Manymoon sold out to Salesforce. Can't beat 'em, buy 'em [and scrap 'em], I guess. My once top of the line account now does not support data exporting. Even if I wanted to upgrade (and I use that term loosely) to Do.com, I couldn't export my data from Manymoon to Do.
