How Do I Use/ Change the Status Posted Under My Name?

Setting Tasks/Projects You are Working On

Under Tasks, you can click "Let people know you are working on this task."

The same can be found for the Projects tab: it will say "Let people know you are working on this project."   For example, I can let others know that I am working on Planning a Birthday Party.

Once I click on either the "Let people know about my project/task", I change my status, and the activity under my name changes in the top right hand corner and a bulletin post is created that announces to your team that you are working on a specific task.

Clearing Your Status Posts

Manymoon doesn't have the ability to clear the status of what you are working on - you can reset it to another project or task that you begin to work on.  Otherwise, if you would really rather not let others know what you are working on, here's a usable workaround: you can set up a new task called "No Task" or a new project called "No Project."  By clicking that status, others will not be apprised of what you are working on if you would rather not share.
