Unfortunately, the Manymoon Gmail gadget is automatically added for all Google Apps users when Manymoon is added to a Google Apps account. In order to remove the Gmail gadget you will have to have to have your Google Apps administrator disable Manymoon for the entire domain. This is a limitation of Google's technology, and we are actively working to try and get them to change this. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I would like to add my voice to this feature as we are about to roll out Google Apps to our staff and have found Manymoon to be very helpful in project management. However, most of our users are not using Manymoon and our testers have voiced their displeasure that this is on the bottom of every email they have. If the only solution is to remove/disable Manymoon, then you will be losing a customer in us very soon and other customers who have the same problem.
Hey Joshua,
I understand the issue. It's something we've been bugging Google about endlessly, and they still haven't gotten around to it.
Fortunately, if you need to remove Manymoon from the Google Domain, you can still use Manymoon with almost NO LOSS of functionality. All you really lose is the direct login from your Google Apps account.
The following article explains how to use Manymoon with Google Apps when you don't want to install Manymoon in the GA domain:

That link is dead.
Sorry, the "here" links work.
Sorry, fixed the dead link.
This was bugging me as well as I work at an organization where some departments use Manymoon on our Google Apps but mine does not. To get rid of the little Manymoon banner in the mail app I just figured out how to block it with the AdBlock Plus extension. (There are add ons for Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Just blocking "Manymoon.com" at mail.google.com wasn't enough but I figured out the MM banner is always in a div called "c0" for me so I wrote the rule: "mail.google.com##div.c0" and that took care of it without breaking MM if you need to go there or risking it being blocked when on another site. Hope this helps someone!
Sorry Amin, that link doesn't work for me – I just need the uninstall instructions and the page :
http://support.manymoon.com/entries/304524-how-to-uninstall-manymoo...
shows me
You do not have access to this topic
It may have been deleted.
yes, I got the same dead page "You do not have access to this topic"
I think many moon just doesn't want use to delete them. I've uninstalled them and it keeps remains on my email. i've forward complaint to google and please continue to spread teh words and let manymoon understand that for scamming users, their consequence is losing trust and more customers. I've spread to may thousand odd followers on facebook to boycott many moon too.
I am following your instructions below and I get to the following post.
Ok ironically and mysteriously – but possibly not coincidentally – my Manymoon has disappeared now.
I have taken no additional steps to make this happen and never did find a Manymoon-removal control panel function. It just "went away"
How to Remove - Here is the solution from Manymoon email support that worked for me ...
Keep in mind, that it took bout 4 hours to purge itself ....

You may find that it's not listed as "ManyMoon" any longer but "Do.com" by salesforce.
Once you have this bit of info, the instructions posted by John above should be perfect.

So is it that do.com (SF) is who I should complain about this gmail widget removal prob? Hope they just convert it to a do one...soon.
