To turn you daily Manymoon Email Planner on or off:
1) Log into your account
2) Click on your name in the upper right hand corner to access your "Profile"
3) Click "Settings"
4) Check or uncheck "Receive Daily Planner Email"
Note: Even if the box is checked, you will only receive the email if you have:

I don't have a settings option in my profile - so now what?
Log in, go to your profile by clicking on your picture or name in the upper right hand corner, click on the settings tab, and you will see "Receive Daily Planner Email" checkbox
I do not have a SETTINGS tab. How do I go about either getting one - or editing my settings without one?
Hey Kelley,
Every single Manymoon account has a settings tab. My system shows your account is functioning normally. Please do the following:
1. Make sure you're using the new UI ( see http://support.manymoon.com/entries/20066142)
2. click on your name/picture in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click the settings tab.
I'm attaching a screenshot.
I see the tab in your attachment - but I really don't see it in my own account. I am using the new interface, and am in my profile.
Ok, maybe something's wrong with your account. Can you call me for an online meeting? I'll send you the number in a ticket.

Is it possible to turn off all email notifications? Do we really have to mark these emails as spam if we dont want them?
Hi,
Certain email notifications cannot be turned off, such as when a user comments on a task that's in a project you belong to. If you give me a better idea of exactly what kind of notifications are causing you the most trouble, I may be able to help more.
Did not want this on and no your instructions do not take me to anything you tell me about. Did my organization turn this on? It is in the way. Make it stop.
Gordon--I'm sorry you're having a problem with the Daily Email Planner. However, I just followed the instructions myself and they seem to be accurate. At what step are you having trouble?
Or perhaps you are referring to other email notifications?
Can you please provide more detail about the issue you're having and I'll see what I can do?
