A Gold or Platinum team administrator is a "superuser" in the sense that they have access to almost all information created by members of their team. However, there are some limitations. This article explains exactly what team admins currently have access to.
What team admins have access to:
1. Visibility of all projects on the team, regardless of who created the project, and regardless of whether the team admin is explicitly assigned to any part of the project. This is accessed by going to Manage->Projects. The team admin is automatically considered a project admin for all projects in the team, even if the team admin is not explicitly shown as the member of a project. (For more on project permission levels click here.) This means the team admin has the following:
What team admins DO NOT have access to:
1. Tasks, events or other data created by team members in their home screen, if those data objects ARE NOT explicitly assigned to the team admin.
2. Projects, tasks, or other data created by team members if those team members have taken their Manymoon account off the team, and set it to either another paid team or their own free account. For more on team membership, please click here.

Can i have 2 or more team admins? We have situation when in project is 2-3 project managers, so each need to add milestones,
Hey Igors,
I see that you have a free Manymoon account, so right now you don't have ANY team admins. Team admins come with a paid subscription.
In free Manymoon, you can have *project* admins, as many as you like in each project. Any project admin should be able to add milestones. The article below will show you how to add more admins to a project. Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding your question.
