If you are the admin of a Gold or Platinum Google Apps account, then you have a team. When you collaborate with other Manymoon users, they are automatically added to your team. If a member leaves your company or organization and you want to remove them from your team, you should do the following:
1) Go to "Manage"->User Admin, find the user, and remove them from the team. This has the following effects:
Be aware that users removed from a team KEEP the following:
2) Submit a ticket requesting we close their Manymoon account. This step is optional and up to you, but if you don't do it they can still access their account (though they shouldn't be able to see/change/edit any of your team data if you followed step 1 correctly.) As a general rule of thumb, if their account was part of your organization, you should probably ask us to close it. If they joined your team with their own account, it belongs to them and we can't close it without their consent.
3) Remove the user from your connections. (This is not necessary, but will prevent the user from showing up in the autocomplete box when you type names or emails into tasks, etc.) Click on the connections link in the upper right hand corner, find the desired connection, hover the mouse over it, and click the 'X' on the right hand side.

They also keep access to any shared google doc even though the manymoon interface shows them removed.
As much as I love the feature to easily *add* somebody, those restrictions have to be taken away when I remove them and not make it look like you have taken care of it - especially since there is no easy way to remove them in google docs. .
Nicole -- I actually just tested this and found that when I removed someone from a project, their access to that project's Google docs was rescinded. As a workaround, you may want to try removing the user from all projects before carrying out the instructions above. Sorry for the extra step, but it might help solve the problem.
I have tried it yesterday in several variations and no, the rightsare not retracted; it is just removed from the list of the manymoon project but not from the list in google. it might not be *visible* anymore, but the access is still there.
This is not a good solution. I think we will have to find another project management system - this is not the only limitation - one important other is lact of support to att. mails to projects/tasks.
A tool should give time in the end - not take it...
Hey Hans,
We do have a way of attaching emails to tasks

Hi Amit - if you are just a basic Google Apps domain account holder, is it even possible to remove a user from your team/project?
