Working With Connections

What is a connection?
A connection is anyone you are working with on a project or task. A connection can be a co-worker, partner or customer.

How do I view tasks assigned to someone else?
You can only view tasks that you have either assigned to someone or are sharing with them. There are a couple of ways to view these tasks:

  • From your Connections page, find the person and click on their name to see their profile. Shared data will be displayed.
  • If the person is working in a project with you, go to the Project Home Page > Tasks. From here you can select the person's name from the "Show:" drop-down and view the tasks in this project that are assigned to them.

How do I import connections from my address book(s)?
It's easy to import people from almost any of your address books and invite them to use Manymoon.

  • Click the 'Invite People' button in the upper-right-hand corner of Manymoon.
  • Select which address book to import from. You can import from multiple address books, but only one at a time.
  • Once imported, click on 'Connections' from the main navigation
  • Set the filter to the 'Imported Contacts' to view all of your imported contacts.
  • You can now select which of these contacts to invite to Manymoon. They will only become a connection after they have accepted your invitation to join Manymoon.
