READ ME: If your Manymoon account is based on a Gmail or Google Apps email, chances are you log into Manymoon directly from your Gmail or Google Apps account, or by going to www.manymoon.com and clicking on "Login using Google" or "Login Using Google Apps". If this is the case, you want to ignore this article and change your password through Google, which will effectively also change your Manymoon password.

In other words, this article is aimed at people who don't login using Google, i.e. users who simply go to www.manymoon.com and enter their username and password into the boxes. This would apply, for example, to someone who signed up for Manymoon with, say, a hotmail.com account.

Changing your Manymoon Password

1) Go to www.manymoon.com (log out if you are already logged in)

2) Click the link "Forgot Your Password?" above the login box on the top right hand corner of the page

3) You will be redirected to a page that will request your email address

4) Enter your email address

5) An email will be sent to the email address you entered with a link to reset your password

6) IMPORTANT: Log completely out of Manymoon on ALL browser tabs.

7) Click on the link and you will be taken to the password reset page

8) Enter your new password and confirm your password

9) You will now be able to login with the new password from www.manymoon.com

That's a goofy way to do it!  I don't know any other site - and I use many many sites - that don't have an option under Settings or Manage Your Account that allows you to change your password.

Hey Carrie,

I see what you're saying, but many of those sites still send a confirmation email, so it kind of turns out to be similar. We'll definitely take this into consideration though.

I agree.  There really should be a way to manage your password from within the profile settings.  That's pretty standard.
